PROGRAMS

Strength Training

20 mins! Once a week! That’s it! Super simple, super safe, your absolute intensity, strength done. As much as the fitness industry complicates this process, at Maxfitness we aim to show how the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology do not change and incredible results can still be achieved if the body is trained in the right way. 

If you’re tired of battling constant niggles and injuries, tired of training multiple times a week (or can’t be bothered) maybe it’s time for a new and fresh approach. How much is your time worth?

Fitness Training

Ok you’ve developed a good strength base, now you might want to get a bit fit as well! You can afford a little more volume and a little more frequency here, but always staying true to yourself, your values and your desired outcomes. 

You can do your own session whether it be swimming in the fastlane pool, riding in an online bike platform, getting some kms done on the treadmill or have your session designed specifically for you, and always be assured you’ll have the equipment you need as there’s a limit to how many people can book the Maxfitness studio at one time. This is your time to work on you.

Triathlon

Coach Neil is one of the top Clydesdale (100kg+) Triathletes in Australia, won the Noosa Triathlon in 2018, multiple Queensland Triathlon Series, and represented Australia in Age Group World Championships. 

However he’s always felt there needs to be in easier pathway into the world of a Triathlon as it’s such a great way to achieve fitness and you can do it your entire life however it can be expensive and quite intimidating for a beginner. 

Using his top of the range Fastlane swimming unit, an online cycling platform and a large park the Maxfitness studio backs onto, he can provide kids and adults the chance to improve their fitness on an individual basis in a non threatening environment whilst still racing the clock and having some friendly competition with other competitors. You can even book in your race on your schedule!
